Oversee internal processes and procedures to ensure quality
- Investigate customers’ needs and develop a strategy for meeting their needs
- Oversee other quality control staff
- Hire, train and evaluate staff
- Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actions based on collected data
- Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
- Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation
- Ensure quality and sustainability of production processes
- Communicate with the Product Development team and Business on a daily basis
- Supporting ongoing issues in replication process from Successfactors to SAP HCM
- SAC Implementation and integration with WFA /SF
- Maintain payroll calculation rules & payroll schema
- Work with SRS (System requirement study) Team for SAP Implementation Projects
